Requirements
Drawing from the evaluation of the tools and the data analysis and visuals your team created in the previous reports, as well as feedback from your instructor, create a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes and displays all of this information for stakeholders. Add to what you created in earlier weeks for a compelling presentation.
Create a PowerPoint presentation with 8-10 slides in which you do the following:
- Briefly (in 2-3 slides) explain the Microsoft 365 tools evaluated by your team for this project.
- Provide specific examples of how your team used the software to collaborate and complete your project.
- Make a case for your organization to adopt Microsoft 365 tools to improve business productivity and team-based collaboration.
- Summarize the conclusions drawn about the tools, rooted in data and real examples. Conclusions should support the case that using Microsoft Office tools can improve team-based collaboration and improve business productivity.
- Include at least four data visualizations to demonstrate trends and insights from the data. You can use the two visuals you created previously and create two new ones to further support your case, or you can create four new visuals.
- Visuals should directly support the other content in the presentation. They should be professional and fully communicate the data represented but also be easy to read within a presentation. Avoid visuals that contain too much information or are too large, making them difficult to see or understand within the context of a presentation.
- Include detailed speaker's notes with each slide, and structure the presentation in a way that includes an introduction slide that explains the purpose of the presentation and a conclusion slide that summarizes the presentation.
- Keep in mind this presentation is for your manager, who may share it with other stakeholders in the company. Include an introductory slide that briefly states the purpose of the presentation and a conclusion slide. Your writing should be professional in nature. The presentation should also be free of grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.
Create your presentation in PowerPoint and save it in OneDrive. Each of you should submit the same presentation individually in Canvas. In addition, provide the link to the document in OneDrive with your submission. Keep in mind that OneDrive records the version history of the document to confirm that all team members participated in the creation of the presentation.
This course requires the use of Strayer Writing Standards. The library is your home for SWS assistance, including citations and formatting. Please refer to the Library site for all support.

Debra Russell, Ashley Redd , Kalonda Grant, Phyllis Jones, Terrance Thornton
Overview
Throughout the collaboration process, the team has been using Microsoft 365 and OneDrive to work together.
Use of OneDrive has been readily available.
Team has been able to enter, edit, and communicate changes.
Updates and all informational communication such as questions, finding documents, and editing have been easily communicated via Teams.
Teams has also been used to share a link to work that has already been uploaded to a shared file on OneDrive by simply attaching a link to the documentation in the Teams chat.
Good morning/afternoon everyone. Today, we will be presenting the findings from our recent evaluation of Microsoft 365 tools. Our goal was to determine how these tools can enhance business productivity and team-based collaboration within our organization. The presentation will cover the specific tools we evaluated, how we utilized them in our project, and the conclusions we've drawn based on data and real-world examples.

Teams Collaboration
Teams: Held virtual meetings, shared ideas, and collaborated in real-time.
OneDrive: Stored and accessed project files securely.
SharePoint: Centralized space for managing resources and tracking progress
Teams has provided ease of access for all members of the team to work together and provide accurate research responses as well as learn together.
Our team utilized these tools in several ways to collaborate and complete the project. For instance, we used Microsoft Teams to schedule and hold virtual meetings, enabling us to discuss project updates and share ideas regardless of our physical locations. OneDrive allowed us to store and access project files securely, which streamlined the process of editing and reviewing documents. SharePoint provided us with a centralized space to manage all project-related resources, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that all materials were easily accessible. The example below show the groups attention to accessibility while working together.

Frequently used within Team 9
Team 9 has been able to edit documents, previously started by another team member to add and/or edit information entered.
In the example below, you will see the most use area for our team.
The above tools allowed for our team to share information, add comments and edit information as well as add additional information that is pertinent to our task.
Having this type of access allows the opportunity for communication and accuracy.
Why Microsoft 365?
We can see in the examples here that companies are agreeing on improvements across the board.
Companies are agreeing engagement throughout the teams has been higher or at least maintaining pace from previously standards.
In addition, companies are agreeing more over that accessibility with Microsoft teams has proven to show positive change within their companies.
This is why Microsoft 365 should be implemented and utilized as a staple within the workplace.
